ASSESSING AND TAX INFORMATION

Before You Go, You Need to Know:

  • Tax and assessment information is current through November 9 (assessment) and November 15 (taxes). Information is posted on a monthly basis.

Homestead Information:

  • May 1st of each year is the date you must own and occupy your home in order to be eligible for the Homeowners Principal Residence Exemption.  The millage rate for qualifying property is approximately 18 mills less than non-qualifying properties.  New Homeowners must apply; this is not automatic.
